The target market for Adidas is the urban youth and adults between the age of 15 - 36 with brand design for competition as well as lifestyle and fashion.
How does your product or service benefit your customer?
Adidas is considered comfortable to its customer as the shoes are easy to wear and very suitable in any scenario, whether its for exercising, jogging, boxing o going on rides or for just normal daily activities. It is also has good quality compared to most other shoe brand.
What are your Strength?
Adidas is a very popular brand, it is recognized by almost every teen or young adults in this age, as the brand is known for comfortability and durability. But not only that, the most influential singers in the world like Kanye West endorse Adidas.
Who is your competition?
Other major shoe brands, such as Puma, Reebok, Nike, Bata and Sketchers
How is your business different from other competitors?
Adidas has good innovation and quality, this is one of adidas's strength as people want the best quality shoes that can stand for longer periods of time and has good quality. Adidas plainly show this by their motto, "We strive to help you perform your best". Adidas is also known for their concern for the environment, as Adidas used recycled materials for it's shoes.

How do you want your customers to describe their experience?
I want my customers to feel satisfied and comfortable about the product and them to feel confident and happy about the shoes that they are wearing.
